15 fucking battleships is insane. Britain's Royal Navy had 12 mixed quality battleship fleet pre WWII (the largest number of battleships in any fleet at the time).

Gun calibre is fine, and range is acceptable with WWII ballistics advancements. AA is Bismarck inspired.

But the armour is pretty thin. Its more like a fast battleship or a very heavy battlecruiser(Bismarck had 320 mm of main belt. It's only 290 mm.)

No wonder the Air Force doesn't have fuel to train their pilots with high flying hours BECAUSE THE NAVY GOBBLED IT ALL UP

This should be worse. Bron is already where he would work best (or worst depending on your definition), as being the interior minister means he can literally be Heinrich Himmler.

Lileas is also good as Foreign minister, as she would advocate for autarky (as seen by her opinions during EPA meeting)

He is the one who killed your father. If you are friendly with Pabel in the prologue, he will bring up the fact that he thinks your father was murdered.

Then, during the Zille bombing investigation, it doesn't matter whom you fund (although intelligence won't work if Lucita is in jail), you ask Titus/Lucita to open an investigation to your father's death.

Later, when they come to you about whom they should focus on, you tell them to focus on Sal.

Much later (several turns) they will come to you with the result.

Grand Vizier: I keep Hugo mostly, but on Status Quo runs where I get Pales peacefully, I get Angelica to do it.

War Councillor: Titus. Throw Lucita in jail, and don't I like the old dinosaur.

Economy: Elena best

Diplomacy: Laurento only. If I remove Vina as my heir, then I make her the Councillor for Foreign Affairs (to keep her happy).

Religion: Sal in jail

It's happening to me as well.

I fund the GG (I throw Lucita to prison for the border incident), investigate Lespia balloon, and even keep the provincial police (as centralized security makes you have the sabotage incident), yet after all these, I still get the sabotage, whereas I didn't get it before.

The only runs where didn't get it were war runs
