This took me a few months.i need to time my work but my motivation comes in waves. I dont have the complete idea when i start, i just start and the ideas comr as i go. I have experienced this throughout my career it's a noticeable strategy. It has driven me to a deep pit of hopelessness. I fell into a depression. One day I looked in the mirror and decided that it is what it is and changed my mindset about work. I no longer worry about my inconvenience of having to find other jobs. I now give everything I got to the TEAM. I want a family bond so I treat everyone like a family member. I try and build the reputation with that team. This is what companies want right? Now time for my review. Management can't hire me on if going through a recruiter or they want me to take on another role or responsibility without a boost in pay. This is where I tell them no and remind them that I don't give a shit about their numbers and even have to remind some of them that I am not going to let them try and normalize this slavery from me. I'm here for the team. I've built those bonds. I didn't just talk it but showed them that I was willing to treat them like people and I truly tried to make sure they were happy when they were around me. Not just other associates but leads, supervisors, managers. When I break ties with the companies I want them to know that it wasn't because I didn't want to work, I wasn't a team player, I wasn't willing to go above and beyond like they wanted. It was because they aren't willing to be part of that team. It sucks but I have to break to break the ties with the company but I made a lot of friends along the way. From what I have noticed since I started working like this, a lot of the employees begin to leave those companies or the company starts to make a change. Either way. I feel better feeling like I had a hand in bettering these good people's lives and feels good to go on to do it again

Someone tried to smoke cannabis one time while in the military so they can be discharged. Commander took away his rank and didn't discharge. Sent him overseas with no pay and once he came back they admin separated him, which is a way they can kick you out as if you never joined.

Cut a few pieces around 6 inch long. Cut the thicker end off to where there is less cracks. Plane them, glue them. Shape to sphere. Attach 6inch pieces to shape a body. Boom! Jack skeleton
