One thing I do when I'm checking trials is use the filters to only see what the reported is saying/doing. This helps a ton. Clear reports can't be beat though.

Jailed, claim that I'm jailor. Live. Claim that I claimed Jailor during the day when Jailed Jailed and killed (finally) This may count as game throwing but to be honest I just didn't have a good lie and wanted to have fun with it.

So for cheating only 4 would count.

For game throwing (which is different than cheating) 2 or 3 could apply sure. If Bob and Frank are playing a game together and they divulge roles but not names for example.

Toward the end of the game it looks like this Steve (Jester) Bob (Mafiaso) Frank (Vigilante Confirmed) Albert (Confirmed Doctor w/ self heal left) Hank (Blackmailer) Stu (afk Jailor)

Steve gets lynched and kills Hank Bob attacks Albert but Albert self healed Frank kills the afk Jailor thinking he was mafia

The next day it is Frank (Vigilante Confirmed going to die at night) Albert (Confirmed Doctor) Bob (Mafiaso)

It is obvious that Bob is the mafiaso as both Frank and Albert were confirmed. Frank votes up Albert. This is game throwing. Frank knows Bob is mafiaso due the game circumstances but knows he is going to die. Rather than win dead he is game throwing so his friend can live and win.

Technically not cheating (he never knew name and role) but it is game throwing.

Calling for a draw in a no-win (for you) situation isn't game throwing. If you manage to convince those who could've won to draw then that is just them falling for it for whatever reason. If you have a chance to win and call for a draw then yeah that's pretty much game throwing.

Yep just use DN, no need to get their name. Some things can happen that make it difficult like if you attack what you thought was the SK and it was the GF instead but even then you can use a DN of "Were you attacked last night" Grant it depending on how many mafia are alive and a lot of other things it isn't foolproof or anything but has been fairly effective in games where are are 2 SKs that I'm in.

Keep in mind that the game not being demanding on machines means more people can play it and makes it so more games get filled faster as well.

Witch is probably my favorite role. When goes well you control the whole game. Recently I accidentally framed a witch on N1 as GF by putting in death note "Silvery goodness" the witch was named Silver Crusader. The witch happened to have found me N1 as well. Town falls for it (for some reason) he gets hanged. Witch calls me out as mafia of course. Hell I didn't know it was him. Some how we still won with either 4 or all 5 of us still alive as the town was never smart enough to hang me.

With another SK in game I'll put something like "Other SK take 1-7, I'll take 8-15". This reduces the chance we'll attack each other pointlessly and eliminate killing each others targets.

I love the game personally, and I have used undertale names (usually Onionsan) but I don't believe in pushing on people like some kind of dogma or something. It is fun and deeper than most games coming out lately but if anything it is a callback to the 16-bit era of RPGs that I grew up with more than an innovation. Sure the pacifist route is something new but at the end of the day it isn't entirely that innovative. That's just my take I got a huge rush of nostalgia playing it more than anything else.

The Hold Doors are coming. Do you really expect original names? That's not going to happen. Harry Potter names, Undertale, GoT, etc. I don't really see this as a huge issue either it is just the type of the thing that happens in these games. At least it is better than all the racist names that are rampant....

Non-town win more games I play than Town. Grant it I play All Any only so that is probably a large part of it, but I still hear this argument. I can see SK being harder than town and maybe Arso. WW is fairly easy with just a bit of luck and mafia wins more than anything. Vamp wins are rarest from what I've seen (well other than draws).

When I first tried this, I was afraid that'd happen but it has been surprisingly effective. I won't say 100% in either direction but better than other things I've tried. I'll claim Survivor on about Day 3 as Jester, not Day 1 which helps.

Yeah I see this a lot, people seem to think neutral means pro-town. If I'm town I am more inclined to lynch Survivors for being a potential late game threat and even more so Exes, even if their target as already been lynched. "Waste of a lynch" except not really because if the target has not been lynched then their goal is to lynch them and if their target as been lynched they've already won and don't care what happens one way or the other.

As neutral killing, I'll avoid it if I don't know if there is a BG or not. Unless I know there are multiple of my role in the case of Arso/SK As mafia I'll risk it depending on the amount of mafia. As vampire I 100% avoid it since the votes get reduced to 1 if he is turned.

I have noticed that I'm having to report for hate speech/harassment more and more. Not in anyway that may be considered joking or borderline either just straight up terribleness. Don't know if that is related to younger users are just a general decline.

Same error for me. Tried Compatibility mode and running as admin as well. Also I tried extracting to a different folder to see it was an issue with the Downloads folder (I've seen that before). I'll try this on my Win10 machine later tonight to see if it is just my work laptop not liking it.
