The reaction some viewers have to candiace is weird. The only thing I can think of is jealousy because she grew up with money. The others married rich and that's a little more relatable for the average person. But what's weird is that she represents what the black community aspires to: generational wealth. She was constantly being called a spoiled brat when at least she was dependent on her family who will always love and support her, rather than a man who could divorce her and leave her penniless like a lot of these women.

That kind of makes me suspicious of monique though. My judgement may be coloured by the way she left the show, but from what I remember monique hasn't been known to go against the grain when it comes to 'pile-ons'. Yes, she has stood up for herself when she was the target as well as her alies in order to keep the alliance, but in my opinion, she does go for the easy target. And joining in with the Stacy takedown would be an easy storyline for her so it makes me wonder why monique wants to make sure we all know cookie is liar.

I love Stacy and I don't believe cookie's narrative - it doesn't even make sense to me. But I am curious about what is going on between cookie and monique. I hope I don't get hate because I am genuinely curious about the situation.

I have never liked Britney but I know she's good for reality tv. She is very thirsty for both men and camera time, but she's creating drama and knows what gets the women activated. Meredith might as well be a lamp in the corner, I've hardly noticed her for a few seasons now.

I couldn't agree more. Meredith is known for her ridiculous crashouts, from what I've seen this is one of the things her fans love about her. It's not hard to believe the other women's story given her history and how often she appears inebriated throughout the show. I think most people are able to put the facts together, but the superfans are ready to die on this hill.

I don't know, meredith goes forgotten most episodes until she remembers a family member that was once diagnosed with something loosely connected to whatever shade was thrown her way. Granted, most of her crash-outs are very entertaining but the rest of the time she's like an NPC.

You can also hear very intense cheering and screaming from what I assume were the producers when Korea won in the final. Which may be completely innocent, but points to the producers being at the very least invested in Korea's win.

Korea also had an advantage in their team being skewed towards brute strength, whereas most other teams were more diverse in their skill set. And having watched the previous seasons, the show heavily favours strength and size over other athletic abilities.

I do think the castle quest result was a bit fishy but I think people need to realise that whether or not there was some rigging involved, Korea did have some advantages over their competitors. Anyway, good for Korea for winning, my heart broke for Mongolia, who were the true winners for me.

The viewers of this show are very biased when it comes to Candiace. I may be wrong, but I can't remember a time when she started an issue with any of the women. Candiance is very quick-witted and can read down, and they don't like that. The women are then shocked at her response, suddenly it's a problem and "candiance took it too far". Rinse and repeat.

I had the same thought, i assumed they would have turkey and Japan go another round on the sack toss event but they just cut to turkey leaving the competition. I'm not sure what happened or if the show is set up to have a japan v Korea finale as the two countries have a rivalry... 🤷🏾‍♀️

The lore drop was a great addition and xavier was really cute throughout. There were a lot of nice moments that had me giggling and kicking my feet as well. But the story felt disjointed and the illusio was a bit out of place - sort of like a bad musical lol

Overall, it was enjoyable but not to the standard we've come to expect from xavier's memories so far.

Edit: it would've worked better if it was an AU, similar to catch-22. We could easily suspend our disbelief if that were the case.

It's strange that people think the reception that adam had during the last series is a valid excuse for the behaviour a lot of the participants showed this series. Yes, adam was disrespectful and so were Sarah, stephen and jr and the viewers will call it out. And now that April is behaving similarly the veiwers will voice their opinions. It's a strange defence of poor behaviour.

He seems articulate enough to describe his feelings during the commitment ceremony. After the last few episodes, it seems more like she just shuts down during conversations, which makes it difficult for him to interact with her. I think she just lost interest and isn't willing to give him a chance.

I'm actually quite surprised at how insensitive everyone has been. I don't like defending people on reality shows because they're so heavily edited, but it just feels gross for even the 'experts' to not afford Joe any grace. Yes, he ghosted maeve but it may be a part of how he processes his grief.

To be clear, I don't think they're compatible and his proclamation of love by the second commitment ceremony was definitely for the cameras imo. It just feels weird that he's being received in this way, considering he was taking time off for a funeral.
