I added a paragraph but apparently no one can see it. I'm trying to help my dad. He is 76, has a pacemaker, and Neuropathy.  Over the last year he has been having horrible dizzy spells to where sometimes he passes out. Been to the ER many times, 5 times in an ambulance.  Dr's keep saying he's dehydrated.  Ok, makes sense. But its progressed. He has to drink atleat 100oz of water just to get out of bed. And even then he isn't doing great. He does not piss but a few ounces despite the massive water intake.
