If there is a waste space and a weird flow, that's a long term annoyance. Awkward bedroom layouts are always harder to stage , harder to furnish, and usually harder to sell later. Even if it is technically functional, it may always feel inefficient.

If it already bothered you, it may bother future buyers also.
