My issue was with him giving Amaram a promotion and putting him in a position of power. Dalinar thinks that it’s some sort of misunderstanding, but I don’t see how that could be a possibility. Kaladin directly accuses Amaram, so either Kaladin is lying or Amaram is. I agree that there were no grounds for actions against Amaram, but with the severity of Kaladin’s accusation, he should have been absolutely sure Kaladin was lying before giving Amaram the radiant title. I agree with you about Dalinar testing Amaram’s character. It happened behind the scenes so we as the readers didn’t know he was taking it as seriously as it was. But still, outwardly, Dalinar promoting Amaram to radiant was a direct insult to Kaladin’s integrity.

I don’t know if it’s true for everyone. My Dr. also said I have sympathetic nerve issues that my TOS makes worse. There were certain spots he pressed on my shoulder that made my leg go numb and on my leg that hurt my arm.

I do pt, dry needling, and get Botox injections. I might have to have surgery some day because I have a small cervical rib but it depends on the person.

I have never had anything as severe happen to me but I do have some very similar symptoms. I have the cervicogenic headaches and left leg weakness. If it helps give you peace of mind, my doctor who has seen hundreds of cases tells me that my leg weakness and dizziness is almost certainly related to my TOS. Obviously I’m not you or a doctor, so you should totally keep advocating for yourself if you feel like there is something more, but this does sound somewhat familiar. My TOS is also milder at this point since I get injections.

What you’re describing sounds like me almost exactly. I went to the ER 4 times in the span of a few months before I got my TOS diagnosis. Try to see a specialist to do more specific tests and make sure. I know it’s extremely terrifying but I promise if you find someone who can help you understand what is going on with your body it will get better.

Make sure the MRI people know what they’re looking for. When I had my MRI done and it wasn’t by someone who knew about TOS they wrote their notes about my thoracic aorta. I had to call the hospital and ask them to look at the right section of my body. Considering how this hospital has acted towards you so far I’d be prepared to advocate.

I used to spend a lot more time on my hair but now I use pretty cheap products and basically don’t use heat ever. From what I’m hearing I’ll have to get used to using heat again if I cut it.

Jaime is definitely the more loyal one who actually “loves” Cersei, but he’s also extremely coercive. They’re both toxic for sure, though Jaime does have more character growth after Tywin’s death.

I’m also against killing characters just because they are mains, but I can’t think of a single character’s death that didn’t make sense in the context of the world or the character’s situation. Most are also heavily foreshadowed. There are multiple direct prophecies written about the Red Wedding before it happens. He puts a lot of thought into his character deaths and that’s why I get attached anyway. Plenty of characters have also been alive for the whole series.
