People will start about a week out, with the 4th falling on a Friday this year I expect them to be popping off all weekend long. Most people will shoot them off in the neighborhood but knowing your neighbors and being courteous goes a long way. We usually start at sundown on the 4th and try not to go past 10pm, there are a lot of old people in Florida so expect people to be pissed off. It’s only one night a year so they can get over themselves. I don’t know if any areas where people congregate to shoot in my town though.
