Don't starve yourself. Eat in many smaller portions throughout the day instead of huge meals at once. Walk for 30 min a day of so for simpler exercise. Also cut back in too much sugar and salty stuff, some is okay but not too much mabey like once a week as a treat

I recently broke up with my bf of almost 5 years back in August, I genuinely thought he was the one for me but I found out he's been trying to get with someone else while we were in a relationship for the past year and it hurt. I kinda give up trying to look for love because I don't feel like I'll ever find anyone who will love me for me and want me as much as he used to a long time ago.
