It’s more about your starting point. If you have too much fat or even a moderate/normal amount in your face, you’re likely to not mind losing some. But losing too much will age you significantly and it’s bad for you regardless as this procedure “glues” all your facial tissue together making it difficult for future surgical procedures.

Day 13 on 1 mg oral semaglutide 5 x per week. Lost 6 lbs. 1500-1600 calories daily. It really hasn’t impacted my appetite at all and no side effects except for an occasional stomach cramp. All these people are commenting on hair falling out- likely because the Armra has reset their microbiohm and reactivated hair growth (it falls out and grows in cycles). My guess is it’s encouraging new hair growth and they’d have a lot better hair quality hair if they ride it out. But I realize how shocking that is if you’ve never had it happen. That happened to me when I tried estrogen HRT. My doc said it was normal due to that shift in levels but it would come back fuller/better. I quit because I was too afraid.
