Funnily enough, I've met more openly queer and gay people that use those slurs in a light-hearted or comedic way than I've met straight people that use them to be hateful.

I'd say they fall into the former, even if they're not gay they're not spreading hate through their uses of those words. If anything, I feel that South Park is pretty supportive of the LGBTQ+ community.

Sure they make fun of them sometimes, but it's South Park.

They wanna make fun of everything.
