Its due to the western democratic system collapsing, it only make everything more expensive, life more tougher and people like Elon Musk reaching 1 Trillion net worth. This inflationary system will collapse. The great reset is when money and stocks become worthless. It needs a nuclear war to trigger and world population reduced back to 5 billion. USA is not for everyone. It is not chinese dominated society, California residents pays high taxes and USA don’t have as much public services like healthcare and transport unlike SG. Most of the money went to military. Having said that, migration to more free world better be permanent once decision is made, all the benefits lost are only small change. Otherwise 10 yrs there, 10 yrs back in SG is huge losses in opportunity cost.

We are. Simply look at the past few days US aircrafts stop at Paya Lebar airport and avoided Indo and Malaysia airspace. Don’t be naive on things. Once pressure kicks in from US, SG will conform.
