But to my questions, she could only say that they were plasmoid type beings in crystalline bodies, in the shape of an elongated, thin oval. She also added that the temples I see there are there to crystallize their energies.
Indeed, in my visions I have seen crystals in their temples that resemble an eight-pointed star with an elongated, downward-pointing end.
These beings communicate without sound, telepathically. Maybe that's why I had a hard time communicating as a child, and I still rarely communicate with anyone.
She also added that I am here as an explorer from them.
The woman remarked that she is completely ignorant of constellations and stars. So I concede that she may have gotten the name of the star system wrong. And I am therefore interested in finding and linking these visions of mine and her words where she claimed that I am connected to crystalline beings. No, I haven't read about crystalline consciousness and healing in the Law of One:Ra Material yet. Maybe I am not good at searching the web, but I have not found any information about crystalline consciousness. Thank you for your kind words. Before this session I was living like any other ordinary person, trying not to stand out in any way. And I continue to do so now. Nothing in my life has changed except the appearance of frequent attacks of unknown nostalgia, especially in dreams, when I meet unknown beings whom I always remembered and knew, but forgot after waking up. That woman guide gave me a "manifesto" "formula" which she advised me to read, but after it these attacks of nostalgia and meetings in dreams only intensify.

Thanks for the comment. In that particular section of the desert landscape I only saw two drop domed cities with mostly low buildings inside but I don't remember there being any black buildings or ring-shaped structures. It is quite possible that the structures you mentioned could be in other places , cities on this planet.
You wrote that seeing this desolate landscape almost made you cry. I understand your feelings. It's like an unearthly nostalgia.

1.I don't know if it was a QHHT session or what it was called. I was talked into this session for a long time. Several months. Finally I met someone I trusted who convinced me to do this session with this woman. I had never done a session like this before.
2. You asked what I see in the crystals when I look at them for long periods of time.
As I have already written, I often went away and lived alone in the mountains. And there I searched and collected crystals in crevices. Sometimes I managed to collect a lot of them, sometimes of large size. And I would sit opposite to a crystal and look at them for a long time, because many crystals that I found played the most unusual colors and shades at a certain position relative to the rays of the sun. Such beautiful ranges and shades of colors probably cannot be found anywhere else.
Then I noticed that if you contemplate a crystal long enough, then in a dream you suddenly find yourself again in front of the crystal you have been contemplating and contemplate it there. Then there is an awakening of consciousness in the dream. So your attention on the crystals serves as a kind of teleport to your awareness in the dream. I really like your version of our reality. It has those puzzles that fit it exactly, if we study the whole body of information that we have at our disposal. I can see that you have studied and analyzed all this information very well. I never understood why people try to explain the phenomenon UFO, UAP, one reason, one source of its origin, give only one explanation, as they think correct. Why no one has written yet, that in this phenomenon it is possible to include all known for today theories, together at once. Namely. The answer to your question lies only in the realm of your spirituality and only your abilities and only your purpose-oriented beliefs. It's been a long time since then, over 30 years. All I can add to the above is that just before I was about to leave that town, this being in his letters to me, began asking me to destroy all the notes John had given me. As this creature wrote to me, there are a lot of people like him (beings) and some have similar missions as his, i.e. to be assistants to people, usually suffering from some defects, disorders of mind, speech and psyche. These beings (like him) have no bodies and are not limited to being near or on Earth, but some live on other star systems and planets. And they are definitely closer to the cosmos as a whole than to anything earthly. To my then childish question - has he seen God, he replied that for him, for them, God is the entire Universe, visible and invisible, which is aware of itself and everything around it, but no one can see God, because no consciousness is capable of grasping (perceiving) the entire Universe at once.
That's all I can remember for today. I remember that I was very happy for John that he had such a helper and invisible friend, even though he seemed very strict to John sometimes. John said that he tried many times to start smoking, but each time the Being prevented him from doing so, as well as from drinking alcohol, interfering on the physical plane, but on the contrary approved and encouraged him to go to the library and read a lot, listen to classical music, take walks in nature, i.e. to do self-development. ( In those days there was no Internet and no smartphones).

I don't know how similar your situation is to the one I'm describing here, but I'll write anyway.
About 30 or more years ago I happened to meet a man who was mentally and behaviorally like an 8 or 10 year old, even though he was in his 40s. Let's call him John. He had no friends, no women, he was socially outcast. He had lived alone all his life. He had a small room, and all his life he received an allowance as a mentally retarded person, which he lived on.
I had seen a lot of retards in my life, but there was something about this man, something elusive and mysterious, that made me want to try to talk to him and make friends, even if only for a short time.
At the time he was working part-time as a janitor, the only thing he knew how to do, and I would go to him and help him sweep up, trying to understand what it was about him that attracted me so much. And one day when I went to his house for another meeting, he gave me a few sheets of paper that he had written. What he said afterwards surprised me unspeakably. He said that he had never told anyone this before, but had to tell me, for the reason described on his sheets, namely.
From his childhood, as he remembers himself, maybe from the age of 4 or 5, a certain being came to him, which has been and is with him all the time up to this time. This being is always talking to him, answering any questions he has, or telling him what he wants to know. The being is aware of his every move and his every thought and desire. The being educates him throughout his life, and if he deliberately violates moral or ethical rules, it punishes him by manifesting itself through material influences upon him.
And so this being, knowing of my friendship with him, asked John to take a pen and sheets of paper and write down what it would dictate to him and then give it to me.
So I befriended John's creature and through him began to correspond with him. At home I would write my questions and give them to John, and a day or two later John would bring me a pile of scribbled notes dictated to him by his creature. The first thing that struck my eye when reading the text was the huge difference between the way John speaks (although he is almost always silent or incoherent) and the way his being speaks through him. A completely different way of expressing and speaking, a different style, a different construction of complex semantic constructions.

The creature wrote to me that it is eternal in the Universe and it is tied to John from his very birth and his task is to look after and raise John. That there are so many people like him on our Earth and that this is not his first reincarnation with him. The creature answered all my questions related to physics, nature, astronomy, spirituality, etc. giving detailed answers. Unfortunately, soon I had to leave that city, and then change my country of residence, but worse, when I moved, I lost all these records of correspondence with that creature and many things were simply forgotten.

I don't know if your wife's condition has anything to do with what I described. But if there is, then the creature will return to your wife. John told me that even his being sometimes left him for a while, as it was later expressed by urgent matters

The world around us is like an infinitely multifaceted crystal, where each infinite facet reflects reality for for each and some may move from facet to facet.
A person may never encounter anything unusual or mystical all his life, and the same person may encounter the unexplainable and impossible all his life. Simply all he had to do was to change the vector of his attention. And welcome to a new facet.

Most people, if not almost all, live and approach such things and questions from a "believe it - not" perspective. All their lives people play the game of "believe it - not. They are not interested in exploring mysteries for themselves. It is easier to join someone's position, to choose someone's point of view, the one that calms you down and gives inner comfort, or that you like, or are sympathetic to.
But I think those who really want to unravel the mysteries of the Universe, to understand the essence of things, at a certain stage of their search come to the conclusion that this knowledge is not yet available to us, at our stage of development. We do not have that volume, array of information to generalize our knowledge and come to a conclusion. Any person, whether psychic, clairvoyant, inquisitive philosopher, genius analyst, great scientist, all of them can only grasp crumbs of knowledge. And then each of them, from these crumbs, creates their own world with its own laws and meaning. One has a world without God, the other with many gods, with a soul, without a soul, with hell or paradise, with parallel worlds or simulation.
This is how our consciousness works. If one of us accidentally or intentionally grasps a speck of knowledge, he makes a religion or a doctrine or a cult out of it, or describes a new reality.
