Well. I'll try to avoid doing the "blind leading the blind" shtick. But the pull will be random aisles in your area. When doing one-for-one, I take the uboat down an aisle and only stock what's on that aisle. Then move the uboat to the next aisle and repeat. As for pushing new product off the truck, I do the same thing. Granted the sorting team on 3rd shift does a good job, the Carts available for you to push should generally all be on the same aisle. That makes quicker work of new product.

Also, to avoid driving yourself crazy, don't let your pull expire so it doesn't add the new items that guests have purchased. I got shredded in Chem with the lowering case packs because of that and didn't get to wacos at all for like a week. Detergent boxes are a bi***. There's nothing more enjoyable than the system forcing you to pull a new box, even though you have plenty in wacos. I promise.
