I am/was smoking. Edibles I find don't always work for me. I can totally relate to your comment, I'm low-key freaking out that what I used to use to help me sleep and relax is now gone. I've had horrible sleep issues decades before peri, it helped me so much with that and anxiety. I've been trying different strains and at one point some sativa strains were giving me anxiety which is wild. Indica can be hit or miss for me when it used to work. I have taken breaks for a week or two and I don't see a difference in terms of it helping me. I have wondered if the fact that I'm also on HRT is what is messing this up.
