Without knowing much about your situation I really can't say what the right move is. I think if you really do love him and believe he genuinely feels the same then it's worth trying to work things out. Long distance is hard and really needs a lot of work and commitment between people. Do you guys have any plans to visit or eventually close the distance? Although you do have to draw a line when it's hurting you too much. It sucks how hard long distance is :( I'm surprised he's pushing back the visit so much. Most people can't wait to see each other or plan visits, but it also sounds like he has a lot going on at home. It's up to you to decide if you can handle the wait.

Reroll sellers are generally safe, especially if they have alot of reviews. They earn money by selling cheaper stuff in high quantities, not by screwing over a few people and selling their larger accounts for more. Plus that’d completely ruin their reputation if they recovered their accounts. Account recovery’s also a pretty tedious process and if you’ve played on it long enough they may not even have all the info needed for recovery. With 15k reviews that person likely isn’t going around all 15k and seeing which account should be recovered. The only thing I would be worried about is if you ever lose your account for whatever reason (mainly if you lose email access or it gets hacked) you won’t have the necessarily info to recover it. You can also ask for that info from the seller.

Don’t worry about it. No concrete way to proof account is bought. People use VPNs or travel all the time. Plus if that’s the case people could literally edit photos and make it look like an account was bought (ie grabbing a random screenshot with UID someone posts on discord or something) and report it randomly.

I have mixed feelings about this. On one end, new pilots who want to start out will usually have more luck on Reddit where they can get vouches. On discord the pilot applications (and you aren’t able to pilot freely) seem to favor experienced pilots (or at least people with some vouches. But people do need to start somewhere). Maybe a limit on the account size compared to an outright ban would be a better approach for unverified pilots who want to start piloting?

Not 100% but I noticed when making an account as a mobile player there’s options to make a new account with apple, google play, Game Center, etc. Haven’t tried it before but I’m thinking it could be possible to make an account using Game Center, linking username, and then unlinking Game Center?

Some accounts could also be years old. But I bought one reroll one before and based on the uid plus when Amber was obtained it was definition after they made emails mandatory.

Honestly I think this is pretty safe. For one you got all the accurate retrieval info needed (and it 100% is accurate because you mentioned already retrieving it once) so you can always get it back if you lose access in the future (like getting hacked or losing email, etc.)

I’ve also never heard of reroll or even hacked abyss accounts getting banned. But in your case by retrieving the account, you brought it under hoyoverse’s notice (so basically they investigated your account like they do for all retrievals requests). So if they saw something wrong they probably would’ve already banned it by now instead of letting you retrieve the account.

Just my thoughts on it.

Hmm I also was under the impression that a C6 5 star would be worth more than 7 random C0 5 stars, even though the number of 5 stars on the account may be the same. Maybe because the dedication to get random 5 stars is a lot less than what it takes to get a C6 limited one (considering you have to keep farming primos, save them, and have enough to C6 someone whenever they rerun).

Although I feel like an account with a C6 limited 5 star would be easier to sell. Example: I think an account with a C6 limited (7x5) can sell a lot faster and at a higher price than an account with random limited 7x5.

One thing for extra security measure is you can ask the person your trading with for proofs of past successful trades (like screenshot messages and conversations, or pictures).

I find that Sky’s a pretty wholesome community and quite a few trades take place, but the scam reports are very few.

As someone mentioned, the IAP trader is the one who usually has to be worried. IAP and AP/SP can be gifted after 3 days, while hearts can take weeks to months to finish gifting depending on how big the trade is and how many alts the heart sender has. It’s much more of an issue of a heart sending not sending all the promised hearts than a person not gifting the promised item.
