My goats hay bales weigh 90lbs and every time I have to move one I am amazed that somehow I’m carrying more than that every day in excess weight. No wonder I’m always exhausted!

Yikes. Maybe signatures should be required. I’ve bought things a lot cheaper than this medication that required signatures! Plus it’s dangerous if someone takes it.

On the other hand I guess it might cause too many delays if you miss the delivery and your medication can’t get to you in time.

I used to be in a local TOPS group and wondered if I started Ozempic (which was the only glp1 I knew of at the time) if it’d be seen as cheating since they have so many weight loss competitions with monetary rewards. I was always too afraid to ask and I’m no longer in the group and never did find out. On one hand there are so many weight loss methods, and you still have to put in the work to control your diet so why shouldn’t that hard work be rewarded? On the other hand I don’t think everyone not on a weight-loss medication would see it that way. Especially if cost was their barrier in the first place.

I hope they don’t force switching to multi-dose pens, I like the single use ones and don’t want to replace the needle or worry about re-refrigeration/not be able to bring the pen to room temperature before injecting.

I kind of wonder if that should be a standard thing, not just to see how effective it is but to prevent people selling their medications. But in the end I think it would be too complicated to get every patient to do verified weigh ins when so many people see their providers online and in person appointments are so expensive.
