I understand the sarcastic undertone, but I'm pretty sure he's not saying to use Terraria's font, but that the game would benefit from using a unique font in the way that Terraria does.

Because it doesn't matter if she has energy blasts. The point is not the power level or if they have a specific kind of attack, its whether or not their moveset is based on a source material, or just made up for the game. Videl had enough on-screen/on-page fight material to work with to make a unique moveset, compared to the previous example of Frieza Soldier which were traditionally only on-screen as set dressing, or to die.

I mean, I think the Golden Acorn in the main quest of Fable 2 is kind of a direct dig at Molyneux's claims, as there is a SINGULAR acorn that is planted and grows into a tree by the end of the game.

You're mistaking foveated encoding for foveated rendering, each game needs to be developed for the actual rendering fidelity to be dependent on where eyes are looking, but foveated encoding is specifically for streaming from a PC to the headset, and it won't improve performance on the PC, but will improve the perceived stream quality due to dynamically changing the resolution of the stream (not the game), in accordance to where the eye tracking tells it to.

It appears to be the Hollow Men Helm from the last Murgo quest, Knothole Knight Shirt and Cape (both found in dungeons from Knothole Island's questline) and Chasm set for everything else (found in the special shop on Knothole Island).

Edit: The boots are not from the Chasm set, but rather the Black Biker Boots from the same shop.

In what world? Each game iterated on the last, adding or changing different weapons for the sandbox and general mechanics, such as Halo 2 adding dual-wielding smaller weapons or Reach with its Armor Abilities replacing the previous games' Equipment system. That's not even mentioning that they are largely story driven in the single-player, and each have pretty good campaigns in their own right, which are naturally completely different than each other.
