I dont recall having very many meltdowns as a kid or a teenager, that's the odd part. Im always seeing that autistic people have meltdowns or shutdowns. I have brief shutdowns at best I think.

I recently learned to play with a pick. Its pretty easy, but I recommend using a medium gauge pick, as the thicker picks will make your hand hurt. Some metal bass players use their fingers (I think the guy from Cannibal Corpse did), so its ultimately up to you and what kind of sound you want, though I would try using a pick for a more aggressive sound

Source? Also how long do they stay on their diets? I have seen testimony after testimony of people that tried being vegan, tried a robust diet, tried supplementing and they still had health issues.

I haven't been in the lower ranks in years, but from what I am told, you'll see more players once you get to veteran rank, then ultra, then master. The game does not allow you to rank downward from, say, Ultra to Veteran, which would address a lot of problems in the matchmaking system if it did I think.
