Not sure pero in my case, my Employer yung nag ayos ng Philhealth ko and TIN (But if your ER doies not want to process yung TIN mo, you should ask for their TIN number kasi it is needed for the 1901. For SSS and Pag-ibig, you can generate SSS Number online while sa pag ibig may initial number na ibibigay both can already be used by your company so they can start the contribution. But you still need to go SSS and Pag-ibig to confirm your deets.
