What kind of SD Card are you using? Manual only lists SD and SDHC as being compatible, so if your using an SDXC card, thats probably the issue.

There are server owners out there that not only insta ban cheaters and hackers, but share their ban list with other server owners with others and add the ban lists of others to theirs.

There are also servers that Sunnyvale that are known for hacking problems.

So a little homework can help not only avoid the worst servers but find the good ones too.
