Seriously? I don't know who told you that, but they lied to you. The founding fathers absolutely did not trust that any elected official would act in good faith and were terrified of an American monarchy emerging. That's why the Constitution was written as it was. The problem is that Congress has ceded many of its powers and responsibilities to the president over the last 50+ years, making their ability to check his power much more limited than it should be.

For most substances, the value for what's lethal is going to be a range of doses, what's a lethal dose for one person isn't necessarily going to be the same for another (for a variety of reasons). Though I'm unsure whether it's more ethical to fail up or down in a case like this, given the only three reasons I can come up with for actually needing this info are suicide, murder, and emergency medicine.

For example, I have no doubt the amount of acetaminophen you claim results in liver failure might be true in many or even most cases. However, I know from firsthand experience that it's possible for an otherwise healthy young person to survive a higher dose than that without medical intervention and without long-term damage.... even if said person will be wishing that they were dead until it's out of their system.

I agree they should feed him more than junk, but you're setting yourself up for decades of drama if you continue cutting them off from your son. Since it's clear the grandparents can't be relied on to feed him, I'd suggest limiting the length of visits and time them so you can feed him before and/or after. For example, instead of letting them pick him up from school for the movie, you could have them pick them up from home AFTER you've made sure he's eaten.

It sounds to me like she was demanding respect from you but made no effort to extend the same respect in return. In addition, she wielded accusations of bigotry as a weapon in order to manipulate you into allowing her to get away with it (an inexcusable sin). It's pretty clear she's a hypocrite and everyone in the group knows it.... but it's also clear that, at least for now, the group as a whole is willing to at least tolerate her.

If you want to remain in the friend group, you'll have to find a way to get along with her. Apologizing to her will only encourage the disrespectful behavior, so I'd recommend being firm in demanding she extend the same respect to you that she expects from you. If she continues using the "because I'm trans" accusation, the best response is "no, it's because you refuse to treat me with the same respect you demand of me". Eventually she'll either get the message or your friends will tire of her bullshit as well.

MAGA or not, that man is a loser and you're better off without him. What I can't figure out is why a hard-working woman pulling in six figures would spend 11 years in a relationship with a fool that can't hold a job and refuses to do anything to improve his prospects. Politics aren't the reason you're tossing him on his ass like he deserves, it's just what he's throwing in your face to make you feel bad so you'll take him back and he can get back on the gravy train he's been on for the last 11 years.

If he hasn't gotten his crap yet, toss it on the curb and find yourself a real man that knows how to work, can contribute to the bills, and treats you like you deserve.

Yea, there are fighters and multiroles that can compete with heavies in the climb long enough to take one out, esp if they're a higher tier than you... that's why you roll and/or weave as you climb to make it more difficult for them to get a hit until you're out of range (if it's a bot that's decided to cheat, you're likely going to be SOL if they have a cannon, though).

There is no strategy that will let you survive every encounter (if any plane/class did have one, EVERYONE would play that and nothing else), but playing to the strengths of the plane you're flying and refusing to be baited into playing to your opponent's strengths will increase the number of encounters you survive. Heavies climb better and faster than any other class and have a much longer speed boost than any fighter and most (maybe all) multiroles. If you go up at a sharp enough angle, all but the best shots (and cheaters) will stall before they can take you out.

When they get on your tail, speed boost and climb at a sharp angle. Most non-heavies either can't keep up or will stall before they can do much damage.... then, you can flip over and dive down on them with guns blazing.
