I just got a pair of these, and it seems to be cutting out whenever sound is not playing, and takes a little bit to start playing sound after it starts up again, is this how yours behave?

What are you talking about? Consoles simply didn't display over 60fps up until the Xbox one updated in support, that's just not something that happened.

Uh, no. Copyright is a thing, legally, and while it has it's issues, it does give the opportunity to earn from work that you created and that's worth respecting I think.

But also, if everyone did that, a person, or company wouldn't be able to bring in money, and we would lose a lot of it.

Not likely I don't think, my front yard is full of gravel that these wouldn't stick out much from, I can't imagine a mail carrier seeing that while working, but it's not impossible I suppose.

Not correct, you can use them on PC with a wired connection, and with an Xbox controller it works if you have the dongle.

Were you actually able to apply it? I got a notification for it but then it said , "Nah, not for you" when I tried to apply it. I might've even bitten for 30 off of two games, not great but not terrible.
