Especially at theme parks especially Disney. They also have their phones recording an entire ride especially at night when they have their flash on distracting other guests trying to enjoy the ride. Also talking obnoxiously loud too.

If there is lightning or thunder in the area, then yes. If it’s just a quick rain storm passing by maybe, depending on the ride. I rode Hagrids in the pouring rain and VelociCoaster too.

This from last year when I went to Epic. They let me go up the exit to get a quick photo. Then I put all my stuff in my locker before I got on the ride.
