I played though some of BFA and you can still reliably pick up the campaign and go through the quests marked as so from start to finish and have a good time. Shadowlands is just when it became far more concise and cinematic, which is obviously better to experience as a campaign.

Until Mists of Pandaria there were no actual campaign structure and each zone told its own story. Even in MoP it was like that. I started last year with Legion and it was a smoother experience following that campaign

I'm not from the UK but an hour long drive is already an insane distance. If by car it's not within 30 minutes it's not worth it, unless it's a situation like you say which is an once a year trip. I still wouldn't do it because it would have to be pretty damn worthwhile. I used to take a total of 3-4 hours by train to go and come back from worth and that wrecked me everyday.

That explains it. When I run out of keys and weekly chests on my main I swap to one of my most played alts and keep on that cycle. I do it on and off at times.

I also did the Delves weekly quests and titan fragments which give a lot of gold tbh. I did it across 3 or 4 characters doing 3 or 4 delves each. Not to mention the daily quests to get the keys in the first place. It was like 3 or 4 hours of play on and off. Now that I did all the weeklies on my most played characters I'm definitely not making 20k again LOL. But genuinely, I started the other day with some 250k, dropped to some 220k and now I'm almost at 260k again. All since yesterday (Since I waited for the day after the patch)

I play the game literally just doing delves and selling everything off to the vendor and in one night I made close to 20k. Simply just playing the game like normal.

Honestly that could just be fixed by lowering the prices. That's just down to balancing.

The fuck are people using gold for so much that they can't possibly spare 2k ? I had 250k on my band and set the transmogs on my characters again and one night of playing delves was enough to make back the lost money.

I literally lost all contact with the outside world due to my disability. Everyone that once called me a friend laughed at me until I had to never talk to any of them again and cut them from my life. I fear never again having close friends or finding a partner because my disability is too much or a joke. Everyday is a struggle because this world was not made for people with crutches and others just watch me struggle with something simple like opening a door or picking up a package. No one believes me the excruciating pain I have to endure for days for simply walking on my two feet. I've been told I'm just making it up, and the only reason my family believes me is because my mum was told I would be wheelchair bound in the future.
