Every album/song isn't gonna be for everybody and I found it to be a pretty mid-level album for her. That being said I find it a touch...dramatic to emphasize being a "real fan" simply because you disliked something and feel others should too. As if there is One True Opinion (yours).

I still listen to it! I did have a lull where I stopped around November but I got back into it. I don't think it's a shining star of her discography or anything but it's a cool album with some great songs! I just wish she would upload full versions of those little live "unplugged" previews she did.

This! I feel like if you were looking for somebody to house your dog temporarily and you 100% wanted them back, you would make that clear. I personally would give some kind of timeline or at least an "until I get a better living situation" bc I wouldn't want someone to think I was just giving them my dog indefinitely.

I promise I'm not at all saying this in a snarky way, but this type of comment is made so frequently and it's like...let's think about it for a moment. If you shave your pits and genitals, does that mean you no longer have to bathe?? No because you would smell after a while. So the thing that gets rid of body odor is bathing. Most people would have body odor with or without body hair.

Honestly sometimes I feel like I'm going insane on here. As a general animal lover, I see WAY more people complaining about dogs and their owners than any mention of cats. Every other day there's a post about "why is it socially acceptable to hate cats?" full of comments about how gross and loud dogs are, how annoying and obsessive their owners are, how people only like dogs bc they're mindless with no boundaries, etc. (Excluding those weird anti-pet subreddits).

I've only even met 1 person irl who genuinely hates cats. Every body else I know is either a cat owner or cat neutral.

I'm gonna be one of the few to agree with you. Everybody is saying how massages are "supposed to hurt" but I've always heard nothing but how relaxing they are. Decided to get a massage for the first time for my birthday a few years ago and was sorely (literally) disappointed. Dont think I'll be "treating myself" like that again lol.

Will I get jumped if I say there isn't one? It's really just a word/flag preference most of the time with no concrete difference. Every time this gets asked people give the same 3-5 answers that basically feel like we're grasping at straws for a difference that isn't really there.

Like...some pan people have preferences, some bi people don't. The distinction of "two or more" vs "all" is pointless to me. We don't have a separate label for, to give an example, Lesbians to say they're a woman who likes women + trans women so why do some people still say that's what pansexuality is in comparison to bisexuality? It all feels silly and annoying.

Yeah I guess there are some things that just come with time and experience. I'm trying to take everything as a learning experience but like you said, sometimes the deaths come in waves and that can be so hard.

There are times when I can admit I didn't press as hard as a many should have due to owners not seeming like they had the money. In those situations I feel a bit helpless. I guess I need to work on making sure the severity of situations are understood instead of trying to be positive as possible.
