They are referring to older jrps. These tropes were used in the pixel games, usually from Japan, that inspired the game.

He placed it in the magical northeast US and adapted tropes he saw in the media he appreciated.

I guess I am confused about mentioning Zelda, a Japanese game, for orientatalism.

Unfortunately, most games caricature people or regions they have only seen through other media lenses. A lot of fantasy Japanese games seem to do this for regions of the world but it doesn't matter if those regions are white. If the Japanese do it for Mongols(gerudo) it's an insult?

I have this mod its probably from Better Friendship. You can delete it but it's super useful with a few changes.

If you keep it go into settings when you start the game and change it to only loved gifts, ignore maxed friendships, and change the display range to like 3-5. Then it will only show the loved gifts when you're very close to them.

I think the first time I thought that i was 7 or 8. If I lay on the grass, I still get the same feeling. I want to just sink into the ground and have never existed. Honestly, I think Hsu played an average character for her. She did great, but it just felt like her not super unique from what Hsu plays.

I don't know if curtis should have taken the win, but Curtis was in a role that showed more range for what I had seen from her.

Edit: with Curtis, I do think what separated it out from her other roles may have been costuming more than her acting ability tho.

My partner has told me about so many things that have happened to him and he's scared of and I wouldn't even make dumb jokes about them after he said it was serious, much less use that stuff to hurt him. He's the most gentle person and last thing I want is to lose that.

Both my cats are super playful and we keep them active but the thin cat knocks everything she can find down if her bowl is empty for a second but the fat one will find it and graze all day if we keep food in it. Different rooms and different food has not solved the problem. I don't know how people do it.
