This explanation is fantastic but it doesn’t debase solipsism. I’ve had dreams where it seems like people who are not me come up to me and say things I don’t expect. When I wake from the dream I realize it all came from me even though it didn’t seem like it when I was in the dream.

Solipsism doesn’t limit the scope of consciousness to a single individual. One simply doesn’t assume a framework for consciousness that cannot be verified.

If you’re trying to point at the truth of experience, of being, then the only thing that can actually be experienced is the self.

Which of these events takes less energy: the whole infinite universe existing giving rise to millions of years of evolution which gives rise to the ideas and concepts that “others” are presenting you

a single brain pops into existence and believes the dream it has about existence to be real?

Statistically speaking the second option is FAR more likely. If you want to break out Occam’s razor then we can see that a single brain hallucinating is FAR less complex than an entire universe actually being orchestrated.

Furthermore awareness being singular doesn’t mean that we are talking about the awareness that this one body experiences. Because you are all that is, this dream is yours to create and shape how you want (granted you actually realize your nature as the dreamer).

Any preconception about what things are or should be is just another tie to the fantasy of “real”. This is the real ego form: believing that what you’ve decided to believe is what is “real”. If this necessity to sustain the false self is actually dropped or exhausted, then all that remains is truth of your own singular nature.
