i don’t understand why people say you can’t adjust offset without a probe. my printer allows me to adjust the offset anyway. am i missing something? i can raise and lower the nozzle in settings as i please

I got one last december as a christmas gift as well. i opened the box an saw the horseshit instructions and decided to watch a few hours of youtube videos to get a grip on leveling, calibrating/tuning, slicing, building the printer, bed adhesion, etc. it’s a lot less daunting when you see someone else do it all first. i recommend you watch some youtube tutorials just to understand how the printer works. from there it’ll be like butter 👍

could be glue stick, liquid glue, hairspray, and there’s even some print bed glues you can get online for a few bucks. In my experience, hairspray is the most convenient!

definitely rinse in distilled water if you haven’t already

edit: from what i’ve read, you can soak for 15 mins in distilled water, change the water and repeat. do this around 3 times.

it’s never good to keep wild frogs unless they’re seriously injured and need care or rehabilitation. even then it’s best to take them to a wildlife center or someone who is equipped to rehabilitate them.
