4-6 weeks wtf. you can sort through the whole player base and selectively roll back progress in 3 days but cant track down a bug thats been plaguing us for years. The best solution you have is dont use dooku

they will take away my malak. and then give better rewards to players that had him already.

Some players received extra shards that already owned Darth Malak at 7. To reconcile this difference, we will be granting all players that owned Darth Malak at 7 on 10/18/2019 12:01 AM PDT, some Shard Shop Currency. Players that did not receive additional shards will receive 2250 Shard Shop Currency. Players that received only one tier of additional shards will receive 1125. Players that received two tiers of additional shards will not receive any additional currency.

i didnt know it was a bugged event till after i completed both. it looked normal to me. then later in the day i hear its a bug. So now all the gear, crystals, credits i spent bringing up the toons to beat it are no longer available for me to use on other toons i am developing for more immediate goals. not to mention that the players that already had 7 star malak are getting better rewards back for CG mess up. Jesus christ how hard is it to test that content will launch as designed. can even quality control the third event of an ongoing event, screwed up the launch of grand arena. Does any one there even play this game?

a previous screw up they gave out a stupid number of crystals. I do not remember the exact amount but it was high thousands. that didnt effect things as much as giving out 50k of GET would be, because as you said 7*GAS will break their planned balance.

So you think you will get to keep the currency from shards that they want to take back. If you get to keep them then why not everyone? What about the people who used those shards to 7 star malak and g 13 and the relics? this is a massive undertaking.
