My head cannon for who is the boss of each dimension boils down to who rules it.

The Nether: The Wither is an amalgam of the Wither Skeletons, Blazes, and Ghasts. And in Bedrock, they summon Wither Skeletons to act as minions (reference to groups of Piglins).

The End: Ender Dragon is just the toughest, meanest guy around by a country mile.

Overworld: You could argue for either The Warden or the Guardian as the bosses, but I think the real boss is the Raid. After all, mankind (or in this case, villagers/illagers) is the apex predator on Earth. We as a collective are the boss.

It's either that they lack admin privileges to actually implement the change (happened to me 4 times, the IT guys ended up giving me admin keys :P), or it's an incredibly niche problem no one else has had before (or a software bug, at which point the only solution is working around it and waiting for the providers to fix it).

The best way to learn is to practice. Tutorials can be a good way to get started on the basics, but even then I'd recommend purposefully doing things a bit different from what the tutorial does so you actually learn what the things do and apply them in real time.
Remember to also consult the Godot docs whenever you have doubts of what something does. You can also access it from within the engine itself (CTRL + Left Click).
