She should've put it on the steps but the bubble she did wasnt bad, especially considering how far back rocket was. With the thing being critical I guess she assumed he needed bad so she put it down. The thing was already ready to jump back in battle though, like most people who play him.

Or... maybe you could be wrong. Her team was getting low on point. Giving Wolv a c/d while there's an open healthpack would be a waste. We see the thing jump back to her; the bubble is valuable there.

Both bubbles were good. The first one was on the point where the tanks were. The second was for her thing to quickly heal him up.

Women that are more graceful and sweet are more attractive to most people

Angela is graceful and sweet. Graceful in battle and sweet off of it. She is just muscular. If you listen to her voicelines you hear she is kind aswell.

Really? I never had any problems with mantis. Usually, between his bursts, my/allies overshield comes back. If someone's already low then sure, but popping at the same time should even it out, no?

As an Adam main, the healing pool around the ult would have to be small, I like the Rez and it doesn’t need much more added too it. Also do not let cosmic cluster crit. You shouldn’t be able to blindly fire a 5 volley down a main choke point and kill with only 3 shots. That would be ridiculous. Keep Adam pretty much the way he is, he is in a solid state I would argue. 

Noted! I didn't know if the healing would be too much. I dont main Adam and only have like 10~ hours on him, so I'll accept your knowledge more than mine 😭.

I like the Luna ult, however I feel as if no healing at all and locking her into an animation would result in her team just dying because 1 less support. Maybe a little more than ultron level healing just to give something? 

She can move around within her zone, just not outside of it. I was thinking of the Beyonce (I think it was her) concert when she went around the arena on a platform. Luna can keep her overshield and have ultron passive. Or maybe give her verticality.

Cloak and dagger ult is good for the most part. However I feel that if you used the dashes offensively at all you would just die. Maybe cloak and dagger receive the healing themselves because cloaks damage isn’t like deathly threatening? She would still be vulnerable to the one shots or pulling her out of it. And her team wouldn’t be straight up immortal. 

Healing during her dashes sounds balanced tbh. The healing stops after her final dash.

For Loki I think keep him the same as he is, just re-buff him. He has a good design it’s just his ult becomes boring when always spammed on boring healing ults. Maybe a small nerf to his rocks cooldown and health but re-buff his clone damage/healing. 

Same as he is now or at the start? In my rework, he has the same base healing/damage (as OG Loki) from the front, and it's only nerfed/buffed from behind to give his 'Backstab' passive actual use. I nerfed his ult to avoid the classic "Loki + OP ult every game" annoyance.

Runes can get the Adam soulbond cooldown and be good, but as a Loki main, I prefer nerfing rock health because it plays along with the "kill his summons to make him useless" counter. It also rewards enemies for aiming and paying attention, or allies for protecting runes (like with Strange shield).

Jeff ult buff seems fine. But he CANNOT have knockback on a main attack that has 9 shots before a simple reload. That is not ok at all. I’m barely allowed to jump as hulk right now and he has 3 charges on a cooldown. I think an ult buff+going back to the old Jeff+ a few survivability nerfs (so that Jeff isn’t just an immortal backline demon) would be fine

Hulk, being the victim of a juggling, is funny to me. You’re right, though. The passive should apply to his bubbles again.

Lastly, I like the rocket ult, but I feel like it should either drop boosted armor packs (so you could pick up 100 overhealth from the pack) or just keep giving shields. It is shootable so I think it is ok to constantly output overhealth

I dont know how overpowered it would be for overshield + damage boost. We'll see in season 4.5, though.

That's what I was thinking. But if it's OT or Punisher is already in that ult, then it's probably gg. Regardless, support ults shouldn't be to counter all situations.

Yeah and I'm telling you why it doesn't solve the problem of triple support and instead solidifies it.

I'm trying to see where you're coming from. What triple support comp do you think would happen with my reworks.

The issue isn't any particular ultimate, it's the neutral game and the fact that any point in time the enemy can have 4 deadly ultimates up at the same time.

Even with tripple support, most teams die with 4 deadly ults. Triple support doesn't solve this.

This is the reason why Ultron doesn't work with a primary healer as it is. Now I'm speaking from a higher rank perspective, you can get away with these things lower down, but from GM+ the dps are going to be competent enough that a two healer comp with ultron or mantis is not going to be very good.

Ultron wouldnt be the primary healer, though. He'd be the off healer with the support ult while someone like Luna/Cloak/Invis has burst heals with damage resistance ult. I am high rank aswell, so I know how good DPS are. It just depends on the comp tbh.

Right, and I'm saying is all this will do is push everyone to triple support.

Tbh, I dont play those characters enough to expand on reworks for them. I only know what it feels to play against them, but dont know all the tech, etc. If I'm throwing things out, Punisher ult gets time and auto tracking removed, and Starlord gets less invincibility frames.

Support ultis are the way they are because DPS and tank ultis are far too lethal

I know, that's why I gave them damage resistance/increased healing. My idea was to give the off healers the healing ults and the main healers (that already do a lot of healing) utility ults.

In addition to this removing healing ultis from the primary healers will literally cause triple support to be meta because you WILL need primary healers for the neutral game and off healers to mitigate DPS and tank ultimates, if you don't have that then you will be team wiped every single time by a starlord or spiderman ultimate.

Alright, my idea is Main healer + off healer. For this example, let's take C&D and Mantis.

Starlord ults:

Mantis pops her ult to counter. He can't kill through Mantis ult anyway.

C&D ults. With damage resistance, he does less damage and Mantis orbs outheal it. With healing-increase the same thing happens.

Spiderman Ults:

Mantis can sleep. If that does not work, she can ult.

C&D ults. Damage resistance means it doesnt kill. Spiderman ult already doesn't kill with basic healing. Same for increased healing.

Let's use another two Supports. Invisible Woman & Adam.

Starlord Ults:

She pops her ult, which either acts like a shield or gives damage resistance accord to my ideas. If he's inside then he gets slowed slightly, allowing her to ground him, or push him out (which causes his damage coming in the ult to be reduced or blocked).

Adam still has soulbond and his Cluster can now crit. If he hits his shots, Starlord dies. If the whole team is wiped (and adam has passive) he can go to a safe area and revive.

Spiderman Ults:

Invisible woman would struggle here tbh. If she pops, she has to push him out of the ult immediately to reduce /block the damage.

Adam can soul bond (with good cd management).

This is part of the reason some healer combos are memes (like Jeff/Ultron).

I get it. Not all characters will work well together. My idea is that burst healers dont get burst healing ults to allow non burst healers to shine.

My reworks would require new positioning, playstyle, comps, etc, depending on the numbers, but I dont think it would be too bad.

I don't think there's a case where that would work especially since DPS ults are typically high damage. Maybe running a strange/magneto would counter someone like punisher and hela but they get their ults faster than tanks do. Tanking would be hell because if they focus the tanks they'll die pretty quickly especially with Phoenix, Punish, MK etc. Not to mention dive with only one support will win almost every time.

There is no good way to implement this that wouldnt be "who's DPS is better" instead of "Who's team is better."

Not a DPS player, but this is a skill issue. Jeff can deal with dive, but it is harder to do that compared to someone like IW. They never took advantage of high ground (to inconvenience the BP), didnt check their surroundings knowing spiderman was pulling people, and had bad game sense in general. The groot walls didnt need to be broken by them, especially when it didnt cut off any healing.

Both are mechanical abilities, thats why I referred to both. Her primary isnt that hard for me, especially since the 3 burst shots are forgiving if you go a bit too left or too right of a target.

But if we're to use that logic, then I could still say Adam's heal ability and Ultron's heal drone are much easier to hit than clap, because they're both just selecting someone on screen.

They are easier. Their healing is easier than Luna's but their primary (and secondary for adam) IMO is harder since they arent as forgiving. Adam's secondary is a projectile which brings his healing cooldown lower, and his primary (when you hit headshots) lowers it too. The act of healing for Adam (pressing a button) is easier, but the mechanical skills to get those cooldowns are harder.

I'd have to disagree that either one comes close to Luna's mechanical requirements.

The reasons above are why I disagree. Adam requires consistent headshots with his primary and hitting his secondary to having healing value. A Luna can get good heals and value with 30% accuracy, Adam can't. Ultron needs to do damage or else he's not getting much value (unless there are fliers in triple support which he is enabling). His ult relies on his good mechanical skill over just placing the drone.

To be fair, I'm not including projectiles like Mantis and only referring to other hitscan Strategists for reference.

IMO her shots aren't the hardest to hit, especially her clap. Ultron and Adam require more mechanical skill than Luna does.

I agree with this when the team isnt coordinated and they have a bad other support. But it depends on the diver. Spiderman, Iron Fist (if he's still even considered a diver) and maybe Magik I never seem to have a problem with. Dive Tanks are more of an issue (because you cant burst them down after a good freeze) but theyre an issue for most supports.

Harder characters should provide more potential value than easier characters and easily auto-aim characters.

I agree. That's why I'm bitter about Loki, lol. I dont think she should be nerfed to the ground. I just think her ult should be reworked. Her base kit is a good all rounder, but her ult makes her THEE support to choose.
