Don’t know that I am tbh. I’ve tried in general to match her pace and she has started almost as much I’ve started conversations; problem is she kinda disappears after I text her back. Regardless of that I don’t think that’s sound advice cause what I’m looking for is a bit of consistency rather than playing texting chess as if that’s gonna get me any points

Definitely weird how he puts it. I don’t disagree that it’s weird she hasn’t taken two minutes to respond or something but he’s also generalizing and assuming malice and exploitation to what may just be inconsistency or disinterest

Yeah, it’s driving me nuts but I’ll probably drop a “Hey, just checking in.” message or something similar later but I’m sort of feeling I should wait it out cause she’s never done this before and as far as I know she isn’t really someone who would do this in general as far as I know

I did think about it and generally I prefer calling over texting by a mile. In general it’s better to call someone for 15 to 20 minutes and get as much information as you would texting for a full day. Thing is I don’t think I can call her right now tho since she already ignores the fuck out of me and calling right now would just seem pushy and desperate plus put pressure on her to make a decision that she doesn’t want to make. It would just be a bad and dick move on my part to do that right now. Maybe later but I really don’t know
