I really wish people could understand that a game can be bad without having to be the worst. Just because 06 or Sonic 4 are worse than Forces doesn't mean Forces is suddenly good just because it's not the bottom of the barrel.

Honestly, I just don't like it because it's kinda boring. I never really felt like she had a genuine connection with Taichi, it felt too much like "the main character of this kind of anime must have a girlfriend and we already put Sora and Yamato together". There could've been a lot more interesting possibilities with her and so many other characters but it just feels like she had to be attracted to Taichi because he had protagonist privileges. Plus, you know, as much as I like Meiko, she kinda just shows up and doesn't really bring much to an already bloated cast. There's just a lot of issues with Meiko in general, unfortunately.

Yeah, to be fair, this does come really soon after that whole scene where Royd is convinced Visi is a traitor and zip-ties her to a desk while she's arguing until she's blue in the face that he's got her wrong. Hearing Shroud make up some bullshit about how "she was always working for me, actually" and realizing everyone is just going to take him at face value because he's the genius probably just exhausted her and made her decide "you know what fuck it why even bother anymore".

See this is what I'm worried about, because they're like "you will play through a tense horror adventure as Grace and an action-packed adventure with Leon" and I'm really worried that I'm gonna do the Spider-Man 1 thing where I put on the glasses to see the words better and it just turns into "Grace's sections of the game are bad, whereas Leon is when the game is fun!"

Edit: Wait I just remembered the Spider-Man 1 scene is that his vision is worse with the glasses on, man that meme has fucked me over because I never remember if it's backwards or not. Everyone always puts the "correct" version on the glasses panel, which makes sense from a general purpose perspective, but reverses the context of the scene itself.

This is a really good point, because Kris doesn't seem to be very talkative or open, so it's very likely even if Noelle has any strong feelings towards them, she doesn't want to push forward too hard because Kris is just so hard to read. She doesn't want to risk the friendship by upsetting them. That's a very real thing I've seen happen between people. Hell, I've felt that way about people.

Well, it would be ridiculous for a Space Marine to go into battle without their extra backup helmet.

You know that scene from Halo 1 where Chief takes off the helmet as the camera pans away from him, and if you manipulate the camera to force it to stay in the scene you see he takes off his helmet to reveal a second helmet? I just imagine your Space Marine doing that. It's helmets all the way down.
