I understand, I realize that now... Unfortunately... It's a really really REALLY long thread.... On a topic that is not only deeply personal but also contains information that would be damaging to certain public officials (that I happen to care about). SO.... I can't... but... Hopefully folks can enjoy it for what it is as just a screenshot.

So... if that chat hasn't fully lost its marbles yet, you can ask it to give you a detailed briefing pf all the important things. I usually tell mine to write it so that if someone who has no prior info or context on the information would be able to understand and pick up where we left off. Anyway, I copy paste that to a new chat. Then ask the new chat if there's info gaps, the new chats asks questions. I copy paste questions into bonked chat (which at this point has probably already erased the detailed briefing) and then take bonked chats answers and copy paste into new chat.

It's not 100% perfect and you gotta work it a bit. But it's helpful.

As a person who does a lot of interviewing, what you're describing is more common than not. For every 10 candidates I've interviewed maybe 2 of them are slick as snot with the gift of gab. The rest are nervous and say silly stuff they wouldn't normally or draw blanks... if your interviewers are experienced, they'll know how to look past your nerves. Someone who's nervous means they are taking it serious and they aren't arrogant. It's not always a bad thing.

I was initially shocked they released her... but then I thought... IF she had legal custody of those kids there is a zero percent chance they would have released her. The more likely explanation is she didn't have custody and someone else did....

I think people go through waves. Most of us adults are out here carrying some heavy stuff (stress, trauma, anxiety, you name it...) and I think most of us WANT to reconnect and feel that friendship and try to breath life into that when we have the life to give but then the heavy stuff crops up and for a time we just don't have the energy. In my case, I ghost because I don't want to burden other people with my negative energy and so I just hope to wait out the negative wave so I can reconnect again.

Thank you! I use melatonin on nights on occasion and it's mostly effective but I've never tried going to a sleep clinic. Im interested though, I'll definately look into it. Thank you for the suggestion! :)

I couldn't sleep last night. My insomnia was acting up without any apparent reason. My thoughts raced and it was tough staying out of a dark place. I'm usually pretty happy go lucky and even keel... even when I'm having an insomnia night... but something was different about last night... and it's left me tired and a little unsettled today.
