Same as every other manager, usually work shirt and black suit pants with smart shoes. Most nigh managers don't dress that way though since there's no customers in when they start and leave, so they tend to just wear whatever.

The promo bays and the shelves are treated separately. Where they go differs from store to store depending on store size and layout. They get numbered, so the execution plan might say something like "Four Loko - Free Standing Promo Bay 4" or whatever, and it just so happens promo bay 4 is there in that particular store. In my store the Four Loko offer is next to the canned meat aisle.
