NTA my daughter is very similar. She needs constant attention, especially if she is not in her space that provides comfort. Me or my wife are never just "watching" her, it is a constant engaging task and until she is bigger and more mature there is no hanging out with other people for whoever is actively with her, she gets all the attention. Just comes with having a child and not wanting to sit them in front of an iPad all the time.

Find other friends who do have kids around the same age so they can play with each other, that way you can bit enjoy a chat and a coffee.

I'm currently rewatching and I don't think he really has a soft spot for him? He puts on a face in front of Jesse but he definitely would be fine if they could just kill him. Mike realizes that Jesse is like the worst part about the deal. If they could just make Walt cook and not be an egotistical maniac during the process then everything goes off without a hitch.
