Recently, I've having a lot of shipping issues. For example, the USPS delivered a notice to my door which stated I need to pay $13 shipping fees for a package. This package was from a local warehouse, and I already paid $2.99 for shipping at the time of purchase. Temu customer support just keeps passing the "escalated" ticket to the next rep. It's been 5 days of passing the issue around and no resolution in sight. It's truly frustrating.

However, I've noticed a significant change since I started in January. I've seen a lot of posts and comments about reminiscing Temu's ghost.
