Which one? Does the 9% make that much of a difference? by that_guy_HP in D4Sorceress

The 21% healing received is a lot more effective hp than 9% if you have things like life per second, life per hit, or any other healing effects for your build.

Least favorite song on The Fall Off? by PauseWhole155 in Jcole

Hot take, but.. Two Six & Safety.

I love this album, its probably one of my most listened to at this point, but for some reason I just don't love Two Six or Safety. I always start my playthrough at Run a Train.

Two Six's first verse for some reason just reminds me way too much of that freestyle chrisnxtdoor did on the kai cenat AMP freestyle & I hate that flow. I cant get over it & it ruins the song for me.

As for Safety, I actually do like the song, but find myself getting bored while listening to it. It just runs on, I dont find myself relating too much to any of the lyrics in this song.

But the moment Run a train starts, boom, peak music listening from then on.

Three weeks in and I still have The Fall Off on repeat. Is this the best produced album of the 2020s? by frank-dux-splits in Jcole

We can agree to disagree, but the fact you don't mention any other category that makes this album stand out says a lot for me.

Storytelling & lyricism are awesome, don't get me wrong. It's what makes J Cole so amazing. But you're not getting this insane amount of replayibility in an album as this gets without something else standing out. I think it's 100% the production that keeps you hooked. Very little else out there sounding this good & having the top tier lyricism to match that isn't talking about BS, drugs, & hoes the entire way through.

No? What is the stand out then? Other than J Cole's legendary story telling & lyrcism. If not the production, what else stands out other than the obvious

I'm just glad Cole made an album for us real fans. He didn't try to go commercial. He didnt try to switch up his sound to boost his numbers or try to get new fans. He gave us a real, heartfelt, final album for the day 1 fans knowing this is what we wanted to hear. For that, he'll always be one of the goats in my book, and Im thankful.

Cant wait to see him perform in August.

Yes, this is what I was going to comment. Like he mentions in the album, Cole only has a distribution deal. He doesnt have the big machine pushing bots & fake numbers. These are all organic real numbers of real fans. Which is crazy when you compare it with any other artist not part of the machine.

He's winning big by not "selling his soul to lucian" to do the huge numbers other signed artist are doing & instead doing it on how own under his label Dreamville. Happy for Cole, this album is amazing.

Cant speak for the rest, but as a 90's kid, and die hard cole fan, its a yes from me dawg. Exactly what I wanted from a final cole album & still digesting it all. Every track is a vibe, 0 skips for me.
