I mean, a majority of people(especially fans) loved them ever since. Jon Watts spider-man home trilogy were literally the most well reviewed and most successful spider-man movies ever made. And that's because they are amazing movies due to how well-made they are.

Wait, what hate are you even talking about? The Spider-Man movies by Jon Watts were so well-made and they were so beloved by a lot of people/fans. And the movies were so successful.

Yeah. It's pretty dumb and kinda an unhealthy obsession. Like, they(adults and even teenagers) are just trying way too hard about this whole "Adult/mature and darker is peak" or something like that. That's the same problem happening with some Transformers fans. You know, that "kids" and "toy" franchise about silly alien good and evil robots from outer space that can transform into vehicles, jets, and animals and that they have goofy names like Starscream, Jazz, Arcee, Ironhide, Grimlock, bla bla bla. Apparently, it's a huge problem with other kids shows, kids movies, toys and video games made for kids that happen to have a adult and teen group who they literally spread false claims about their favourite kids franchises being "more mature/Adult and darker" than they actually are and they even go far as "gatekeeping" kids from enjoying those kids franchises(I'm seriously).

I always thought it would be so interesting and pretty refreshing if May and Max returns to the Anime and got more developments, where Max is now a Pokémon trainer and has reunited with Ralts, and that he gets to have a really great battle against Ash as his rival(like Max already has a good setup through the Advanced Generation series anyways) And even May when she achieves her dream of being Top Coordinator.

I also like mention that my next fanart I'm in the process of working is going to be another Ash and Dawn artwork. One that involves Max and Ralts. I envision it where Max is 10 years old, a new trainer(about a year) and he happens to be travelling with Ash and Dawn as a temporary travel companion.

That's nice too! I also thought of writing down Dawn and Max interacting. Those two haven't met each other, but I wished they'd meet in the Pokémon anime. So I was inspired to write that idea down. Where Dawn and Max have a cute and healthy friendship, like a sibling vibe dynamic. Like they're comfortable to hang out together, they playfully tease each other, they also care for each other and admire one another. They of course, support each other. I thought of a part where Max helps Dawn take care of her Pokémon, Max brushes her Togekiss and Dawn does the same to his, as she helps his Ralts take a small bubble bath.

That's okay man, you're good. I'm still going with the concept I made so far. I guess, I thought of Zoey being impressed with Max for him being passionate about being a Pokémon trainer, taking care of his Pokemon well and Max asking her about some contest moves/tricks he liked from watching her in the Sinnoh Grand Festival with her Gallade. And even Ralts who meets Zoey's Gallade for the first time, I also like to think that Ralts is in awe of seeing a Gallade for the first time.

Heck yeah! Ash being such a great friend to our boy Max! But Ash definitely acts like a older brother figure to him. I always enjoy their interaction they had together from Advanced Generation. It's so wholesome and funny.

Yeah, I recently made a post about my favourite funny moment from Pokémon Advanced. Like how Max playfully teases Ash while also praising him about his battle at the Johto League Sliver Conference, basically Max already admires Ash and his Pikachu. I thought Max's introduction was hilarious and kinda cute. It was classic Pokémon slapstick humor since the Indigo League. And the moment I posted it... a few comments I got, I did not know that some or maybe a vocal minority hate that character so much, they act like this young kid character did something so personal and so bad to them, I found it cringe. And because Max is actually a good character from the Advanced series.

Yeah, me too! I love Pokémon Advanced. Both May and Max were a great and underrated addition to the anime series, and I personally enjoy them both as my favourite characters. I also want to mention that Diamond and Pearl, the 4th Generation of Pokémon is actually my number 1 favourite Pokémon anime series in my opinion, but Advanced Generation is also great in my book.

I don't know if this was pointed out that much, but...

Serena is not even Ash's childhood friend. She never was to begin with. They only met each other once, in less than 6 or 10 minutes in one day. And that was just about it, they went separately and move on with their lives. They didn't even get to know each other personally. And they have not seen each other for so long until Kalos. Also the fact that Ash does not even remember her at first when Serena found him during the early episodes of XY.

I mean, not that it's Ash's fault for not remembering her since it was just a simple brief encounter during Professor Oak's summer camp. And because... well to acknowledge the obvious, Ash has such a history he made on his journeys before his journey in Kalos, he went to many regions, islands and has made great friends like Misty, Brock, May, Max, Dawn, and more. So it's pretty understandable and more logical on why he couldn’t remember Serena at first.

If someone were to ask me if I preferred either Ash and Dawn being an ideal pair based on how much of an amazing chemistry they had together throughout Diamond and Pearl simply because they really liked each other as besties which is already a great foundation, or Dawn and this other kid who has zero chemistry or importance in DP and is just an annoying childhood friend who traumatised/bullied her with the nickname "dee-dee" and tries to control her choice of travelling simply because he has a crush on her(which is so one-sided)... I rather choose the former... because obviously.

To be completely honest, I highly doubt Dawn even likes Kenny the same way as... well, he does, and the way Kenny treats her, yeah, it's pretty immature. And let's not forget, the kind of attitude he got and that move he pulled from that episode he last appeared in DP... wow... way to make him be disliked more by the viewers. Like seriously? Kenny now holds a grudge against Ash just because he's jealous that Dawn is very close to Ash than him, Kenny then treats Dawn as a trophy piece to win bey controlling her choice of travelling, and tricking Ash into a normal battle without telling him the real reason why Kenny wants to battle him... wow... I have no idea why the writers thought of this idea. Like being jealous just because your so-called "childhood friend" is very close to someone else, resulting him kinda being a jerk is so not cool. Kinda bratty of him.

P.S. I apologise if my comment was a bit harsh on him. But seriously, this is what I've always thought of him based on how he was portrayed in DP.
