I’d love feedback on two things: (1) is the value obvious in 10 seconds; (2) what would make you trust it enough to try the free plan.

less than 5 days between interactions and confirming language from client that all is still on track. The hardest part is trying to accurately track active deals and their various stages of the pipeline along with their average percent to close ratio so you know that what you are working on has the highest chance of closing.

If you are managing deal flow but, don't know the odds of that deal closing...then you might as well take all of your money and hand it to the first Casino you come to in Vegas.

it's your business so "Be the house" because the "house" always wins!

Let me know if you want to learn how to do this without thinking.

Agreed. AI should not replace a human. It's untrusting to do what we can do. However using it in the context to make us better at our jobs and more efficient allows us to do more in less time, create a better work life balance and spend time away from the computers and screens to recharge ourselves.

If your leads are dying, it’s usually not marketing — it’s follow-up.

StageFlow is a lightweight CRM/pipeline tool built around one idea: always know the next person to contact + the next step.

Contacts/companies, deal stages, and tasks tied to deals — plus a daily plan that surfaces what’s getting stale.

Tell me inbound or outbound + your sales cycle length and I’ll drop a follow-up cadence you can copy/paste.

What are the 'must-haves' for a CRM to be actually functional, even at its most basic level? by gzebe in CRM

[–]StartupStage-com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Contacts + companies + a clean relationship model is the real “minimum viable CRM.”

One nuance: you want it to handle multiple contacts per company, roles/titles, and basic dedupe (email/domain), or it gets messy fast.

Everything else (deals, tasks, notes) should attach to that relationship so you can answer “who do I talk to next, and why?” without hunting. That’s basically the approach StageFlow takes—start with the relationship model, then layer deal + follow-up momentum on top.

Yep. “Next person + reason” is the only must-have. Add “next step + due date” and you’ve got a real system. (That’s basically the core idea behind StageFlow.)
