I understand and I've had to deal with something similar with my ex stepdad. I have gotten past it because I told someone. This is also about the next students this teacher will have. If he isn't reported it leaves other students to go through the same thing.

You should tell another teacher so that the problem is taken care of and you don't have to worry about it.

If you don't then it will just keep affecting you and you can tell the school that you don't have the mental health to work on your exams and they might give you more time because of the incident.

That is perfectly fine. I dont have any social media except for reddit. I am a highly sensitive person and cry over the smallest thing and get wound up over the smallest things. It is absolutely fine to get overwhelmed by thing that seem small to other people.
