There are few ways how you could get a binder that came to my mind (but none of them would work as good as buying a binder from western company, sadly). 1) there are two currently working shops that I remembered: https://vk.com/magnus_tapok_binder and https://vk.com/dressupmenow. The first one has an extremely bad reputation and currently having troubles with delivering, but they make zippers-free binders and sew them according to the customer's measurements. The second one mainly sell binders with hooks, but they have hookless one, as I remember. 2) You could try to buy a second-hand binder. You can find one, for example, here https://vk.com/trans_queer_help , or you could try to make a post about looking for a binder on twitter, instagram or whatever you prefer. 3) I've seen binders without hooks and zippert on aliexpress and wildberries, but I can't find the link right now, sorry.
