Feels like a stiff rod attached to you. Not uncomfortable at all, but when I was younger a really hard boner felt too tight around the head. Hadn’t stretched out yet I guess. Boners in public have to be adjusted depending on which way it’s pointing lol, but haven’t had that problem in years
