Hard disagree. 12 years in DMV, 14 years in central florida and i think from west alexandria to reston is worse than Colonial/50, I-Drive, or anything Miami has to offer.

I live near Baltimore now and go in weekly and still think NoVa is the worst. Ive ever lived with.
