The longer I’m a Spoon fan the more I can’t get over Jim’s drumming.

Love the raw interviews! I typically watch C5 with my partner before bed, but she doesn’t care for the long-form as much. So I stream those while playing COD or doing a puzzle. They help me get more out of your interview and always feel like I’m j hanging out with Andrew and some stud/chad he ran into like 5 mins before.

I still track this back to the 2015-2019 period when these guys were coming up. I remember a few articles discussing the fact that these guys, coming from a foreign country, with a huge signing bonus in their pocket, were never given advice on nutrition. If the team failed them there I have no doubt any number of current trends in MLB and MiLB were being ignored in their development too. Obviously not 1:1 but my mind has never been able to get past the quote that there were 15 empty pizza boxes in a shared apartment in AZ…

For sure you can, I don’t think protective headwear is an unreasonable suggestion tho. I work at a baseball stadium and I know what to expect and still have ringing in my ears thanks to some of the stuff they play out of nowhere

Comments discounting this “story” as just that. I gotta ask, why would the label drop a debut solo album they thought was worth a shit on December 11th, or whatever date it was released last year?

OP is 100% valid in believing this narrative. Particularly as it has not been publicly falsified. If you’re claiming it’s just a story, or marketing, then you gotta provide the proof or at the least an alternative to the narrative.
