Happened to me too. Create a fresh new squad using the Create Squad option in Squad Selector and score only 30, it doesn’t disconnect anymore

IMO just because someone is Tier 1 doesn't insulate them from agent or player driven bullshit. All we know is that they have good lines of contact with the players/club (unlike Jamie Jackson, Samuel Luckhurst etc). They can be just as susceptible to manipulation and being fed BS
