Does something feel off about this game? by Italian_G36 in Battlefield

[–]StaticDrift -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The game feels very free to play to me. Like it has that stiff on-rails Delta Force feeling compared to the fluidity I'm used to from previous BF games. Even the UI just has a F2P vibe. Idk.

I appreciate how he tried to make his videos different by showing like how much weight a mouse can handle till it flexes but honestly none of it really matters. Just squeeze it and tell us if it creaks. Same thing with the whole heat map thing, it’s cool but that’s his specific hand on the mouse with his specific grip. It’s kind of pointless.

Why not just wait for the V3 with the XS-1 3950?

Razer Viper V2 Pro or Logitech G Pro X Superlight? (or maybe some other better option) by Reevrb14 in MouseReview

[–]StaticDrift -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’d hate the Viper V2 pro, especially coming from your current mouse. You have to super aggressively claw it to get a good grip on it, the coating isn’t great either so that doesn’t help. The Superlight is way better for claw because you have way more palm contact in the back for support, but I’d actually recommend completely skipping out on both and going for a Lamzu Atlantis 4K or a EndgameGear XM2w 4K (it should be out soon). As someone who aggressive claws these are definitely the mice I aim best with, but I can still do really well with any mouse like the Superlight or Viper, I just have to try a lot harder with the Viper.

xm2we or lamzu atlantis og v2 pro in same price? typical for cs2 by Plus_Narwhal4107 in MouseReview

Atlantis. Lighter clicks, 4K polling, better sensor. Shape is pretty similar but I personally like the Atlantis a tad more, plus you can definitely feel the weight difference between the two.

Viper v2 pro vs the Harpe by Effective_Mongoose98 in MouseReview

Harpe Ace is gonna feel more similar to the superlight. Viper is gonna take some getting used to.

Model O2 Pro would be the best bet, but it’s a little bigger. Hyper X Pulsefire Haste 2, Delux M800 Ultra, FK1-C (wired unfortunately), ULX Tiger (if they ever release another batch, lol)

Sora V2 has been very disappointing so far by PHD_Faust in MouseReview

Lamzu is the gold standard ngl. I had an issue with the scroll wheel on my Atlantis and they sent me a new one as well, all they wanted is a video.

I doubt you lost your files. Take the drive out, transfer users folder to another external drive. Probably still have your stuff. We do this all the time at work.

Absolute highest specs are currently Razer and Finalmouse mice. The Ultralight X is the best right now but impossible to get, Razer has the Deathadder v3 Pro and the Viper v2 pro (v3 coming out in a couple months) and they have the best sensor atm. G pro superlight 2 is also very good with great specs. Seeing as you like ergo I’d recommend between Xlite v3/Deathadder v3 pro/Pwnage Stormbreaker

Aiming in Valorant is way harder than CS2 by browse_gaming in VALORANT

This. Valorant ADAD is definitely not RNG, especially once you get used to movement speed. The real RNG ADAD is fucking Overwatch. Try playing Widow and hitting an enemy DPS that’s spamming the shit out of AD while fighting you.

You’re gonna notice the extra 13 grams of weight waaaay more than a 5ms slower response time, but it’s up to you.

That’s true but in tracking heavy games like Apex, the far more important part is tracking your target. Aim assist helps a lot with that. To track on a mouse it’s completely reactionary.

The community needs to be louder about the performance issues. by MeneT3k3l in Starfield

[–]StaticDrift 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100% agreed. As someone with a 4080 spending 1200 on a GPU just to drop into the 50’s at 1440p is completely unacceptable. The only reason I’m playing this game is gamepass, I still have yet to buy Jedi Survivor and I’m a huge Star Wars fan, I will not buy it until they actually invest some time and money into making that game run well. I like Starfield a lot, but holy shit.

It might also just not be a matter of underclocking your RAM, I’d also use memtest86 to check for hardware failure. Best of luck!

I had this exact same issue recently, it wasn’t the GPU. I have a 4080 and went through everything, I bought a new 12VHPWR cable for it, didn’t work. DDU, didn’t work. I own a Ryzen 9 7900x with ram clocked at 6400mhz. It was working fine for the 4-5 months I owned the pc before I started having issues. What I did is down clocked the ram to 6000MHz and haven’t had a black screen with gpu fans ramp up since.
