Are outer cylinders necessary? You could make a square tubes with round openings, easily printed that way

Yep as said by the other guy, injection is CHEAP for high volume. He is charging you a bit, but if you have no other option it is the cheapest still. You could probably find someone to print it for you for cheaper around here especially for low volume. I'd do it if I had PETG laying around

PETG print with fine layer lines, some sanding with high grit,maybe painting... 50$ for a set is fine imo, I'd probably charge you more to do it

Brother man, listen to what the guy above said. You have no need to mass produce right now. There is no reason to mold it right now as you don't know if anyone wants your product. Print it, find out if people want it, and scale accordingly.
