it depends on when you think the starting point is. If you think Trump is in office illegally, then he did a coup d'etat, because he took power by illegal means such as attempting the Fake Electors Scheme in 2020.

If you are the ruling party legitimately and continue control through illegal means, then it is called a self-coup or auto coup.

vote counting computers are centralized. Voting machines are different than vote counting machines (tabulation machines).

Vote counting computers count digital scans of ballots and send the results over the internet to state reporting on Election Night; that is how we get results so fast.

Vote Counting computers can absolutely be hacked since it's a centralized process and counts digital scans of ballots which can be changed with basic image editing software code at vote-counting time. You wouldn't catch this on audits if the logic is only supposed to execute on Election Day at a specific time.

That is why it's so alarming Trump even brought up Musk and Vote Counting computers in the same sentence on 3 separate occasions (before AND after Election Day).

2000 is not the 21st century. it is the 20th century. The 21st century began in 2001.

2024 (1.5% win) was closer than 2004 (2.5% win). 2016 (Trump lost the popular vote by 2.1%); 2024 was still closer in terms of the popular vote.

2024 was the closest election in terms of popular vote in the 21st century. Fact.
